Create a clean canvas:

The first step will be to create a clean canvas and get organised. Scared to get rid of items? Take a box and pack everything in there that doesn't give you joy when you pick it up. safely store the items at the bottom of a cupboard, if you don't use it by the end of winter then donate it to a charity or sell it.

Lay out your playground:

Move your furniture around to create a space that creates a calm relaxing feel. Move a comfortable chair to a window to get a bit of sunlight. Put a table and chair outside to enjoy a morning coffee in nature. Now is the time to create a comfortable space for yourself. Working from home? It's important to create a dedicated comfortable space to create from.

Surround yourself with things you love:

Live with what you love. We all have some hidden treasures hidden somewhere in a cupboard. Now is the time to take out the crystal glasses and dust off the pretty plates. One thing the pandemic taught us is to live everyday like it's your last day every day. Celebrate today with all you have.

Get your battle gear ready:

Get your home winter ready. Time to fill your cupboards with hot chocolate and inspirational books. Don't go empty the shops but make a wish of the 5 most important items you will need to make this winter a memorable one.
